Well, I found a Swedish-Irish band named Quilty, a pop-rock performer named Clare Quilty, (and the Clare Quilty Orchestra), references to songs (or tunes) called "Back in Quilty", "For Quilty", "Quilty Fisherman", "Quilty Shore", "The Quilty Fishermen", "The Quilty Hornpipe", "The Quilty", and "To Quilty's Bora and Back". But nothing called "Down Here in Quilty".
