Just left a message with Kate and Steve at Artichoke Music trying to clarify what's happening at their music store for music the weekend of 9/21 and 9/22. I know there's an open song circle beginning at 2 which I plan to attend but so far I'm not sure if anything is happening the evenings of Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

From the PFS website there would seem to be a 3rd Friday coffeehouse happening at the Multnomah Friends Meeting House but no clue who the featured performers might be, and I'm never convinced that website info is correct. Could someone please confirm by calling Jack Bohl at 282-1327?

Hate to be a pest but I have this lingering memory of walking the streets of Cairns in OZ last December looking for a gathering at tavern which had changed its name and after I finally located it being informed that the folk club had moved up their 3rd Friday event to the 2nd Friday and had had a great time.
