Any clue as to what virus it is? I have had great luck with nortons....the tech support is pretty good. However, you need to have the currentmost version, before you can get toll free tech support. You can also check the norton site, and the microsoft site oftentimes has free fixes. Give the symptoms, someone around here will be able to diagnose it.
