Hmmm. Wahoo didn't turn up when I searched this morning, but it came up just now. I'm familiar with it because Garrison Keillor sings it on Prairie Home Companion. I had a friend from Wahoo, Nebraska. I think it's near Lincoln.
There's a thread on Hot Buttered Rum (click) that gives a better rendition of the lyrics. Unfortunately, our lyrics harvester picked the incorrect version from the same thread. Art Thieme has some interesting comments on the song here (click).
