Now all I can remember about that area is a girlfriend who lived off Colesville Rd that I dated just before going off yo college. I remmeber coming home at midnight on the beltway and it was empty. Nevermind.

As fir the wedding there is such thing as a civil ceremony that takes place prior to the more planned and thought out ceremony. Then, anyone can do the officiating.

Also, Rock Creek Park is not too far from Silver Spring. About 15 miuntes south on Geogia Ave. Mellow and wooded and quiet and safe as long as you're not an intern for a congressman...
