About as close to religion as I ever come is belief in Preacher Casey's "one big soul," of which we all are part--with me it's the life force, and I believe that it is possible to tap into it, even to direct it to an extent--and I think with enough of us directing our love/thoughts/prayers/healing energies toward Pat we have a chance at a miracle (I hope that Paw only needs--and is getting--skilled medical/surgical intervention, but if a miracle is needed maybe we are working toward one). Karen, we're hoping the love in this community helps get Pat and you and the boys and the rest of the family through this crisis. --seed
