HELP--

Charlie, I tried the URL you posted after my last plea for help, and the form still has two black bars across it, both on the screen and when it prints.

I've kept going out to the FSGW registration form, both from the links posted here, and by navigating there directly through my browser, in hopes that somehow whatever is causing the problem will get fixed, but I still can't read the number of the street address due to two black bars across the page.

I'm a fairly savvy net user, but I can't figure out how to get around this one!
