Hi Kendall...don't have any specific info, but 3-1/2 mo. doesn't seem like a very long time in view of what your poor vocal chords have had to go thru. Think of other serious burns, wounds, etc. Healing, especially when no longer a kid, can take an unconscionably long time. Hang in there, think positive and try to be patient.
