Well first, no completely home grown Wesginnan can spell at all since the "3 R's" in the WV schools stand for "Readin'-Ritin-and Route 33 to Ohio." This shows a certain degree of intelligence though as does the way they eat possum...Requires at least three to do it.....One to eat the possum and two to watch for traffic. True. they are not familiar with the 'dillas like they have in Texas and across to the Florida "Cracker" country, but anyone knows that armadillo is simply "Possum on the Half-Shell." As to the 7 Course meal....If WV is truly a southern state (some question of this arose in the 1860's), then they know that such a meal ends with dessert so they would join the rest of the south in answering, "A Moon Pie and a Six Pack."
