OK, I finally found (Google) the pop up killer I want but Norton still won't install (I tried Safe Mode). Also, I can't acess Word at all--says it is not installed and it should be..........it's on the Recovery/ReInstall/ReFormat disc. Also lost the printer and scanner. Thought I had the printer re-installed (it says it is) but it won't print. I also can't figure out how to get my e mail address book from the floppy to the address book.........."my geek" is coming over later tonight but I would appreciate any help you can offer in the meantime.
