When I created my own site, I had simplicity in mind and I agree that on the whole - as with most things in life - I find simplicity to be infinitely preferable to sophistication. But when I compare the layout and feel of my site, Pay The Reckoning to site like tradmusic.com, which are using leading-edge design tools, mine begins to look a bit clunky.
What does anyone else think?
Maybe there's no easy answer to this perennial question and we just have to accept that all websites will have limitations?
It's a pity if a site with good intentions and the potential to serve as a resource for the folk and trad community founders on the basis that the technology driving it gets in the way.
