If you have a guest book, discussion board or any other type of visitor posting then it has to be moderated strictly and promptly.

If the guest book provider does not provide the following:

1. Immediate notification of postings by email
2. Deletion of messages by site owner
3. Notification of senders IP address
4. Total blocking of an IP address

Then change providers.
