If you get the chance, try an old '60s Vox electric twelve string. I've got a '67 Ultrasonic 12 semi-hollowbody, double cutaway, made in Italy. What a sweet action. Fun to play Leadbelly, or any other blues. Killer sound on Midnight Special. OK accoustic, great through my Fender Bassman 70 silverface. Not too expensive, and very cool.
