Aubrey Beardsley did some wicked (in all senses of the word) illustrations for Oscar Wilde.... one of his most popular pieces... the originals had to be heavily edited before publication because they were just too TOO rude... Lots of hidden and not so hidden phalluses.... Herod and the Woman in the Moon are portraits of Oscar.
