Well, Claymore and our local sound genius, Dennis Cook, have been in touch. Looks as if Claymore's going to do TWO sound sessions: Performing with a Microphone, and Sound Systems.

Sounds luscious. Now to schedule them so they don't conflict with any of the other sessions I want to attend ... ha-ha.

What I would really like to do is stretch the Getaway over a week, with just one or two sessions going on at any one time, so that at most I would only miss HALF of the workshops I want to get to.

As program chair, naturally I only set up sessions, workshops, sing-arounds, tutorials etc that I think will be interesting and well attended. So, that means that IMHO ALL OF THEM ARE GOOD, and it drives me nuts every year that I can't be at all of them.
