Doesn't sound likely to me...I'd think he wrote if for himself, as it's very personal. Nana Mouskouri, however, has been a Dylan fan since her youth, and has long had an interest in various of his songs, according to an article I read about her one time, with some quotes from her. She is a dignified and very likeable performer, IMO, although some probably find her too bland for their particular taste.
