Dylan released on his "Biograph" 3 CD set. Unfortunately I can't find the booklet that goes along with the set, but I think I would have remembered if he had writeen it for someone else.
Emmylou Harris does a very nice cover on her "Wrecking Ball" CD.
Haven't heard the Nana Mouskouri version.
