Dear kendall...I don't know how effective is the power of positive thinking--I've never been too good at visualizing the good worker cells beating up on the bad ones, etc. But I do know what power there is in negative thinking, and no good ever comes from it.

There will always be those times when you go down that road--that is only natural. But just don't stay long, OK? None of us knows what's in store for us and the older one gets the scarier it is to hang out in the obits.

And just in case there IS power in positive thinking, I think positive thoughts about you every day.
