But there are *several* private armies, on both---or on *several*---sides, backing the politicians from whose ranks they have, supposedly, graduated. They must all be permanently decommissioned. Progress toward that has occurred, has it not? More needed. Doesn't happen instantaneously. (More's the pity.)
