The book Song Fest was edited by Dick and Beth Best and printed by the [Inter]collegiate Outing Club Association. And you're right, they seem to disintegrate. A dear friend gave me a copy that someone took all the loose pages and put them in plastic sleeves in a three ring binder. So I looked through it for "Seven Macedonians in full battle array" but no luck. A title sure would help. It may still be in the book. I looked through the title index and first lines, then leafed through the pages and browsed likely song contents. I well may have missed it.
