4. favorite authors/ type of book? Science fiction/space opera, but I mostly read or buy what I want as soon as it comes out.

6. what type of music do you like? Folk (silly question)...actually, "celtic" sounding stuff. Of course, "what is celtic" is a question that is almost as likely to incite violence as "what is folk".

7. what cds have you really been wanting? Nothing that I've been panting over, but CDs of local groups that don't get wide distribution are always interesting.

8. What movies (vhs is in the price range) have you been wanting? Nothing that comes to mind...I was hoping to get "Lord of the Rings" for my birthday...and did.

10. do you collect anything? if so, what? Military minitures (toy soldiers), but I wouldn't really call myself a collector

12. do you prefer gold-tone or silver-tone jewelry? Silver, but I only wear the one ring, and herself would be upset if I replaced it.
