Tweed, Florida is an exception. Being a peninsula between two huge masses of water probably accounts for these anomalies.

But, I have to ask, where does one find a mound of dirt in Florida? My experience was that after you dig down three inches you hit solid coral and have to give up (or get your wife to finish the job herself )
