Thanks to all, I note (thanks Alice) that the site she sent me to has nothing to say about the question I raised, just the usual lunar cycle stuff. From the various discussions, I continue to presume that the blood, sweat, tears, and urine of human beings (being water in bulk) have a different tidal response than the water trapped in cells. It is miniscule, but measurable, if we had fine enough instruments.
