4. favorite authors/ type of book? I have too many books already, I like them so well. Used books are good, especially older ones, but it's not like I need any books.

5. what books have you really been wanting would you be pleasantly surprised to receive? Poetry, short stories.

6. what type of music do you like? Traditional American, Irish, Scottish, and English folkmusic (what I grew up around); classical and opera (also what I grew up around).

7. what cds have you really been wanting? Eva Cassidy--I haven't gotten around to ordering one of hers.

8. What movies (vhs is in the price range) have you been wanting? Lord of the Rings DVD

10. do you collect anything? if so, what? among may "collections" I seem to have inherited, the one I have added to is of those glass frogs that used to go in the bottom of vases (they have holes for stems to fit into)

11. what are some of your other hobbies? photography, computers (web design, email, etc. I spend so much time on it it MUST be a hobby!), sewing, gardening, cooking, and lately, tiling and painting.

I am allergic to dairy products. I love to garden, and nifty gardening implements catch my eye. I like to cook but I DON'T NEED KITCHEN GADGETS!!! I inherited tons of those from my father, and haven't figured out what all of them are yet.
