Thread Name: BS: Secret Santa 2002 Hints
Subject: RE: BS: Secret Santa 2002 Hints
1. what is your age range?
A wise old, er, 26...

2. gender?
Female.

3. Do you have a favorite color?
Most of 'em. I do research in computer graphics and colour is a fascinating aspect of that, so I like 'em all.

4. favorite authors/ type of book?
Any - I'm addicted to reading.
I especially love satire. And anything to do with archaeology (my old job) or graphics (my new one) or both together (my favourite research). I also have a very soft spot for childrens' picture books.

5. what books have you really been wanting?
It used to be the Magic Eye 3D Kama Sutra, but I've got a second-hand copy now (fortunately the pages weren't stuck together).
"A Vision of the Brain" by Semir Zeki, but it's out of print.

6. what type of music do you like?
Irish. And most humourous/satirical stuff (Tom Lehrer; any kind of parody). Industrial (really!).

7. what cds have you really been wanting?
Er, any! Mudcatters' own music would be great. (I still get McGrath's brilliant Marmite Song stuck in my head on occasions after winning his CD in the Stony Stratford raffle.)

8. What movies (vhs is in the price range) have you been wanting?
None really - I don't have time to watch 'em anymore.

9. what is your t-shirt size?
small/medium (UK size 12)

10. do you collect anything? if so, what?
Too many airmiles. Books. Emotional baggage. Odd bits of crockery. Dutchmen (hope neither of them read this).

11. what are some of your other hobbies?
Climbing - I'm a very keen rock climber (an obsessive hobby that begin last December).

12. do you prefer gold-tone or silver-tone jewelry?
Silver.

13. please include anything else you feel is important that would help your secret santa know what you would like
I'm happy just getting something from a Mudcatter somewhere in the world. That is present enough for me. Nauseating and slushy, but it's heartwarmingly true.

Remember that "negative hints" such as allergies might also be helpful.
I'm violently allergic to harp music. Whatever you do, do not send harp music. Bleuurghhhhhhhhh!
