Thanks to all of you for the warm welcome!

In some ways I am new to this whole folk music scene, in the sense that I have listened and watched from afar for many years, but somehow could never seem to actually get involved. Jande has been helping me get through that barrier (with some *small* resistance from me along the way ;^), and I'm really looking forward to sharing music, philosophy and fun with the incredibly eclectic and interesting people whom I have thus far glimpsed in my Mudcat meanderings.

From what I've seen, it promises to be one heckuva ride!
