re the abc question and numbers, as used in the above post, they represent fractions of the base (L:) unit. In the abc above, L is 1/8; the fisrt note is, F3/4, so we have 3/4 of an 1/8 note which is 3x3/32 note or 1 1/2 (ie a dotted) 1/16th note.
