Oakley lives in a tent??? Well, this explains a lot. No wonder he yearns to form an alliance with a high class lady in the pristine surroundings of Twillingsgate. I refer, of course, to the famous Ms Rutledge, she of the Audry Hepburn-like cheekbones and exquisite carriage. Poor Oakley. The yearning he goes through must be tortuous.

I think a double bill featuring both Punch the Horse AND Screw the Pooch could really pack 'em in. I will see if I can arrange same at the Corner Coffeehouse in Newmarket, Ontario. My friend Rick Kane is appearing there on Saturday. He would be most amused to hear of a band called "Screw the Pooch", so I hope he gets a chance to see them sometime.

Only animal rights enthusiasts will object, and they are greatly outnumbered by hosers when it comes to Newmarket.
