Is that a DU 100R you are using? And yes it is called a Net Easy too.

I have one that stops my PC but that is a USB problem (self-installed and I am too lazy to correct it just now - snakes wedding would describe the scene - cablewise)
However on the newer machine is runs perfectly and I probably can't disable the regular switch-on (not at either machine right now) so it switched-on late one night (I think at the 2am I thought would be safe enough)

I will set-up a recording of a desired program soon and report back.

I had to insist when buying and wait 2 months at least - they are all but obsolete here in the UK - but we have a special version for the frequency bands we use (87 - 108MHz ish).

Very satified with it as far as I used it but recording & MP3 was the reason despite not using it that way yet. I must have checked for manual recording - I think - but that memory has been wiped!!
