Hello all at Nellies Folk Club, Beverley
I am happily Kipling away here in Hanoi Vietnam.(from Chris if you did'nt guess)

Just wondered what i'm missing on Monday nights? I spent a very happy year at Bishop Burton College (mainly due to the folkscene in Beverley) especially the Monday night Folk Club and First Sunday sessions.

I understand the Sunday session has now moved and look forward to seeing how it is a year from now.

So what guests have you got booked at the Folk Club , theme nights etc? I am trying to learn a few new songs while i'm here. Hav'nt found any other singers though- it's all bloody Karaoke. I'm finding songs on Mudcat that i've wanted to learn for a while and that's keeping me busy. Look forward to hearing the new songs and tunes other people have learnt.

I could just murder a pint of Sam Smiths now!
