Not sure I understand your question, but each time you click on "Forum Home" it should refresh the page. You might also try the URL http://www.mudcat.org/threads.cfm/ which should take you to the updated Forum home page. I use that as my default home page, so if I want to update it I just click on "home." Hope that helps.
