Early on in this thread the Watneys' ad was parodied. the original was

"Drink Red Barrell near or far
In pub or club or any bar
It's always good wherever you are
Drink Watneys keg Red Barrell"

(An advert extolling the virtues of a 'plasticised pint'???)


One manufacturer of 'Club'(chocolate coated biscuits) had the jingle
"If you want a lot of chocolate on your biscuit join our Club"
Unfortunately this was quicly parodied as:
"If you want a lot of lipstick on your dipstick, join our club!"
