Thanks for the information, Night Owl, but when I go to the Folk Legacy site the song is not included in the playlist for "Just Play One Tune More", nor for any other Bill Staines recording listed there.

I suppose it is possible that the song is not actually CALLED "That Yodellin' Song". I note that there is a song on one of his albums called "The Happy Yodel", but I am betting that that is not the one I am after.
