The Vancouver Foundation, which is concerned with cultural and philanthropic endeavors in British Columbia, has produced a lovely CD, Farewell, A Collection of Celtic Waltzes and Slow Airs. This is an all-instrumental olio that might best be labeld "easy listening folk". The primary musicians are guitarist David Sinclair and multitalented Paul Evenden who breathes expression into his concertina, his accordian and the cleanest whistle playing this side of Timothy Britton.
