You're usually contagious 24 hours before the symptoms start and the incubation period is 12 hours to 5 days.
Theoretically, it could have been me, but as colds are passed by liquid - not air - and I didn't get snotty till I was almost home AND I didn't French kiss either one of you, it's more likely we got exposed at roughly the same time.
