Now I'm feeling all guilty. I saw you at several of the sessions and at the session in the Mudcat cabin. I knew who you were from your wedding pictures that were posted on Mudcat. I should have said hello, but I guess I have too much of that mid-Atlantic reserve and was waiting for the right opportunity. Charmion and I did get to talk to JtS though. I will be sure to say hello at the next music event we both attend.

It was wonderful meeting everybody and putting faces to the names I knew through the Mudcat. There were so many highlights:

- the singing of Ken and Dan Schatz
- hearing Me and My Uncle from Lucy Goldberg. That one is definitely going into my songbook
- singing with Morticia and Charmion at our workshop and learning obscure Spanish-American war lyrics from Dick Greenhaus
- having the bass singer from the Missing Person Soupkitchen Gospel quartet take the trouble to explain singing bass harmony to me

I hope I get to see some of you again at Old Songs.
