A friend of mine in Westchester County, New York has one, but it's in bad shape. As mentioned above, Pat Conte has one. I saw one in an antique store in Red Bank, New Jersey years ago, but it was also in bad shape and was vastly overpriced for an unplayable instrument. It's been 20 years since I saw it, so it's probably not there anymore.
