When the ancient Celts, and especially those cool Druids sarted tuning their guitars in DADGAD, they paved the way for a couple of years of brilliantly innovative instrumental and vocal music.....AND twenty years of repetitive boring Celtoid albums.

First they added a Nigerian drummer to the band and made "Afro-celtoid" music.

Then came the Cape Breton fiddler: Afro-Mari-Celtoid.

The friggin' didgeridoo made it: Austro-Afro-Mari-Celtoid.

The conjunto accordionist made it Austro-Afro-Mari-Mexi-Celtoid.

Darn, I wish those Druids had played harps (diatonic ones)
