UGH!!! I'll probably never find out which of the four kids dropped the gum on the floor. Seems like it's clearly one for "Iduno". But, when 100+lbs of dog ( Bubba) then lays down in it.... Now I've got fragrant grape bubble gum shinining on the back flank of a dog whose next stop is sure to be a carpet.

Now to cut it off. Well, the first problem is that after two years of training to stay down. I have broken all the rules since Getaway. I'm a sucker for a dance partner and the dog finally found out he could get away with putting his paws on my shoulders if Jed's new CD was on... He picked that one up really fast.

So we turn off the cd, move to the other room, and command stay. Dog picks up that I'm not happy, looks at the scissors cutting his fur, and decides to tell me he's sorry. He decides to submission pee all over my foot and the living room floor !!

Someone out there has to be having a better day.
