Art, I get replies to e-mails I never sent. They're spam.

If you e-mail them to tell them you never sent anything, you've confirmed your address is a good one to send more spam to.

Another idea - if these things look like real e-mail - maybe someone has an address similar to yours and put your address in "Reply To."
