Well, I got sick of it all and earlier this year I proclaimed myself King of Mississippi. Now, I haven't yet had time to implement my changes but they will be coming like a slow train.
I write this to suggest that other states follow suit. Maybe some of my fellow Catters will become King of their state and we can really make this world a grand place.
Just in case, Ohio is not considered by the King of Mississippi to be a state, so Spaw, you cannot be King!
