No Doug, Amos was NOT agreeing with me. I am saying that the vagueness of some sections of the resolution are deliberate so as to allow the UN some "wiggle room" on interpretation of those sections. Amos claims that they are there because the prople who wrote them don't know HOW to write things clearly.
