It certainly is Panto time. Herself is rehearsing for a local amateur one which seems to have Aladdin, Buttons and a cow in (so far, I gather Act 2 is still being written!). She is one of two Fairy Godmothers, (own wand, will travel)and there are seven nuns (Sister Sneezy etc) and each part has an understudy. The cast is so large I don't know who is going to be left to be the audience except me, and I don't want to go to all 4 performances!
The nicest thing is our neighbour who had a tracheotomy last year has been given a non-speaking part where he comes on with placards saying "He's behind you" and "Oh no he isn't " etc.
I did offer to play washboard and kazoo in the orchestra but for some reason.....
