Saw it last night (Got the collectors one, Argonath and all!). Well worth it if only for the extended introduction to Hobbits. The fight scenes seemed to be better somehow as well and some of the dialogue made more sense.
Read Pratchetts 'Night Watch' over the weekend and am going seeing Chamber of Secrets on Friday. Anything else new I can do in between? ;-)
