I think we did it sort of by default, troll... :-) Every time the USA sneezes, all the politicians in Ottawa grab for a kleenex, and start blowing their noses.
And I had the same reaction as you to that dumb comment...of course steps would have been taken to prevent the attack on 911 if there had been prior warning...DUH! People are amazing, aren't they?
