I know it appears "cruel" to not fatten and flax the pockets of the vet but.....

Let the cat die.

There are lots of needy, HEALTHY, kittens that will die if they are not adopted. This cat has had a blessed, fulfilled, nurtured life....let nature take its natural course....don't intervene.
