To Hull for the Shanty festival - ah yes, getting the music in stereo from the band in the pub and the band on the quay. Pity it was two different songs. Same at the Minerva - except the band inside was competing with the impromptu musicians'session outside. And all the beer seemed to be nitrokeg. And the prices in the City Hall - made my locals down here in London seem positively cheap! And what do they look like in those silly bargee caps? Shame most of my family still lives there.
