Thread Name: Anyone tried making Mac+PC CDROM?
Subject: Anyone tried making Mac+PC CDROM?
The aim is to make a CDROM with resident Acrobats 4 running PDF's on CD to avoid the Acrobat 3 (or none) that users might prefer to keep on their own system. I have the PC version with autorun and single click. The next phase is to understand the Mac version of same. I have a bit of the jargon like Macscript and forks and aliases and probably will go for the the twin partition (ISO and HFS) to save hassle. I have a folkie Macnut on the case who likes a challenge but I only bump into him about once a month.
Now, has any catter tried this kind of thing and what are the pitfalls? Any thing I would prefer to know first?
The 10 PDF files are an admixture including my songs and collected stuff with video of a song I asked about here (ooer) and a true tale of a NZ folk hero - a dog. Good folkie fare.
