Zero for me. Even a tiny amount of alcohol makes me feel that I'm not sufficiently in control of voice or playing - AND I forget things.....
And I find it makes me more nervous rather than less.
Of course, after a good evening being sober in the pub I have to sink a bottle of wine before I calm down enough to sleep....
