I'd say that depending on how one views this disaster that you might consider the oil companies, that have a disregard for all peoples that depend on earth in order to survive, as terrorists & any goverment that had a hand in allowing this tragedy or any other like it to happen might also be labled as a hostle nation & that they are a danger to the entire world population. Therefore they should have all their assets frozen in order to cover all the costs of bringing the environment back to it's original state prior to this ANYTHING BUT AN ACCIDENT. If this cannot be accomplished or there is a refusal on their part to meet these demands they then should have, under threat of a military invasion, be brought to their knee's & have all their own natural resources put into the recieveship of those more capable of managing them. Barry
